CAMBODIA. Phnom Penh. REN Noun, 34, was born in Sa Ang district, Kandal Province. Orphaned since the Pol Pot regime, he is married. His wife works as a garbage collector, but on weekends she wheels him along the waterfront where crowds gather. 2001
